Bayer Environmental Science has long been a market leader in provision of professional pest management solutions. With a history of involvement spanning more than 30 years; Bayer Environmental Science has, over time, introduced key new molecules for the professional pest management industry in Australia; these have included bendiocarb, permethrin, deltamethrin, Betacyfluthrin and imidacloprid.  Whilst synthetic pyrethroid sprays are a core component of our range we have also developed and introduced a large number of unique, innovative and low toxicity formulations such as cockroach gel baits, liquid and granular ant baits and ready-to-use termite foams.

Our level of commitment to the local Pest Management Industry is illustrated by the two active ingredients (imidacloprid and difethialone) and more than ten new products (eg. Premise Termiticide, Premise Cockroach Gel, Premise Foam, Maxforce Gold Gel, Maxforce Liquid Ant Bait, Maxforce GB Granular Ant bait, Intrigue Dust, Tempo, QuickBayt Fly Bait, Starycide and Rodilon) which we have brought to the Australian Professional Pest Management market in the ten years or so between the late 1990’s and today.

New molecules which offer advantages over earlier chemistry do not come along very often; however we recognise the increasing demands on the industry for greater levels of safety, better performance and reduced environmental impact and are committed to future development of innovative formulations of existing compounds which address these requirements. As such our future product pipeline is strong.
