Structure The Bayer Environmental Science organisation in Australia consists of two commercial teams spread across the eastern states; focussing on our Green business and our Professional Pest Management business.  The Business Development group is based in our Head Office in Melbourne and support is also provided by other functions in the Bayer CropScience structure.  We have a structure which allows good cross fertilisation of ideas but maintains a high level of focus on our end-use customers.   The Core Values of Bayer CropScience provides our employees with the foundation for a healthy culture and strong relationships with our customers and suppliers:
