A: the problem with water is that small water-based droplets evaporate relatively quickly after generation from the spray nozzle. Since the effectiveness of any space-spray (intended for control of flying insects) relies heavily on the ability to maintain droplets, of the right size, being suspended in air for the optimum period; the evaporation of the droplets needs to be controlled. This is where FFAST comes in. This formulation technology reduces evaporation and therefore increases efficacy compared to standard water-diluted EC formulations.
